SUPERFOOD ADAPTOGEN RECIPES
Choc Berry Overnight Oats
4 Tbsp oats
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp cacao
1 tsp 'A Spoonful of Love' adaptogen blend
1 tsp strawberry/raspberry jam
1/2 tsp sweetener of your choice (I like maple syrup or coconut sugar)
1/2 Cup milk of your choice (I like almond or macadamia milk).
Combine, cover, refrigerate & top with berries the next morning!

Banana Nut Overnight Oats
4 Tbsp oats
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp almond butter
1 tsp 'A Spoonful of Sunshine' adaptogen blend
1/3 banana, mashed
1/2 tsp sweetener of your choice
1/2 Cup milk of your choice.
Combine, cover, & top with sliced banana the next morning!

Peanut Butter Choc Chip Cookies
2 cups lightly packed coconut sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 450g jar creamy peanut butter (1 1/4 cups)
1 cup chocolate chips
2 tsp 'A Spoonful of Peace' adaptogen blend

Whisk the eggs & coconut sugar together then add the vanilla, salt, peanut butter, A Spoonful of Peace, and chocolate chips (in that order.) Stir until well combined.
Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes or so, then spoon onto a baking sheet & bake at 180C for around 12 minutes. Enjoy!

Superfood Nut Butters
~ Almond butter + A Spoonful of Sunshine
~ Peanut/cashew butter + A Spoonful of Love

Mix 1 cup nut butter with 3 tsp of your chosen blend.

Adaptogenic Muffin-top Cookies
1/4 Cup melted coconut oil
1/3 Cup honey
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs (use 2 tsp chia seeds + 6 Tbsp nut milk to make vegan)
1/4 Cup nut milk of your choice
1/2 Cup coconut flour
2 tsp 'A Spoonful of Peace' adaptogen blend
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt.
1/2 Cup dark choc chips (substitute with cranberries for vegan)

Preheat oven to 180C. Mix together all ingredients (wet ones first) until smooth. Bake for 20-22 mins, until edges are just golden brown. Enjoy!

Bliss-boosting Frappuccino
1 large, ripe banana (peeled and frozen the night before)
1 cup strong brewed coffee
2/3 cup nut milk
1/3 cup coconut milk
3 ice cubes
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
1 teaspoon 'A Spoonful of Sunshine' adaptogen blend
Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!

Sexy Hot Chocolate
1 tsp 'A Spoonful of Love' adaptogenic blend
2 Tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon/nutmeg/a combination of the two
Pinch salt (himalayan is best)
1 Cup milk of choice (we like macadamia or coconut)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup

Warm the milk up to desired temperature. Mix all the other ingredients into a paste with around 2 Tbsp of the heated milk, then stir in the rest. Enjoy!

Tropical Breeze Smoothie
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1 tsp passionfruit pulp
1 cup nut milk (or milk of your choice)
1 tsp almond butter
1 tsp of our SUNSHINE energy-boosting blend
