What is a bliss blend?
A bliss blend is a unique combination of adaptogens. Adaptogens are sophisticated herbs that act to balance the adrenal, endocrine and nervous systems.
Each bliss blend has a different purpose, but they are all intentionally formulated to restore the body and mind to their perfect natural state = bliss.
How do I use my bliss blend?
Our bliss blends make amazing superfood lattes (just add 1-2 tsp to 1 cup of milk/nut milk/coconut milk, and sweeten as desired) - but you can also use them in smoothies, soups, sauces, and baking recipes (work on half a teaspoon per serving). You can check out some delicious recipe ideas here!
How will I feel afterwards?
Each bliss blend offers different benefits, and we recommend using your chosen blend/s daily for at least two weeks to notice their effects (although some customers report seeing changes after just a few days.)
